We hope you will join the Health Outreach Program of Elon (HOPE) Clinic for our upcoming fundraising event. The HOPE Clinic offers free physical therapy services to uninsured and underinsured residents of Alamance County and the surrounding areas. Since opening in 2013, the HOPE Clinic has provided care to over 1800 clients and has saved the community over $300,000.

We are hosting a soccer tournament. The registration fee will be $60 (per team of 7-10) and will be due upon arrival to the event. Check-in will take place from 11-11:40am. The first game will kick off at 12:00. Please use the QR Code on the flyer to register for a team.
El Jefecito food truck will be on-site from 11:30-4:30 and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the HOPE Clinic. Come have lunch, play free games, and enjoy the tournament!
