The Alamance County YMCA is proud to announce their partnership with Insight Professional Counseling Services where together we will work to provide teen mental health awareness for ages 11 to 18 years old. Twice a month a licensed counselor(s), along with our Teen Director, will provide a safe space for teens where they will learn about teen-relevant topics, have the opportunity to ask questions, as well as have an after-school space to share with trusted peers and adults.
Both Insight Professional Counseling Services and the YMCA look forward to bringing Alamance County this positive initiative!
