When Teresa Wiley attended the Harwood Getting Started Lab in 2023, hosted by Impact Alamance, she had no idea it would lead to the creation of Men in Transition, a powerful network connecting formerly incarcerated men with the resources they need to successfully reintegrate into Alamance County.
Through community conversations and monthly meetings, these men are finding support, job opportunities, and a sense of belonging—all while shaping the future of reentry efforts in the county. Their stories highlight the power of connection, advocacy, and second chances.
