The primary steps in the home-buying process is covered in the eight-hour HUD class. A number of the professionals who will be sharing their expertise are realtors, home inspectors, closing process specialists, insurance agents, and CCCS. Credit and spending plan counseling is provided by housing counselors certified by HUD.
The goal of the class is to give them a better understanding of the mortgage and purchasing processes. Investing in real estate could also be a prudent financial move.
