Join us for an informative session where you’ll discover what these health conditions are all about, explore their causes and risk factors, and learn essential preventive measures and effective management strategies. You’ll also gain insight into understanding your numbers—what do your blood pressure, cholesterol, and A1c readings really mean?
But that’s not all! We’re thrilled to announce that all attendees will receive FREE dental hygiene kits and A1c screenings!
