We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper that would be responsible for keeping records of financial transactions and assisting the Financial Officer. The Bookkeeper would handle accounts payable and receivables, bank deposits, payroll, spreadsheets, on-boarding of new employees, and maintain all files for the Board of Directors. Preferred experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping principles and practices, ability to present information clearly and concisely in oral and written form, possess good organizational skills, and be professionally discreet. Must be dependable and have a positive attitude. Applicant must be a high school graduate.
