Executive Director
The Board of Directors of Alamance County Community Services Agency, Inc. (ACCSA) seeks a visionary leader as its Executive Director. ACCSA is a nonprofit, community action partnership organization in Burlington, NC committed to the interests of low-income people, governed by a Board of Directors with a staff of six (6) full-time and three (3) part-time employees. Four (4) programs are administered with a budget of over $600,000.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree (Masters preferred) from an accredited institution in Social Welfare, Human Services, Public Administration, Business or related field. 5 – 10 years senior management experience required. Experience in the NC Community Action Network is desired.
