A Community Health Event in Southern Alamance County welcomes all ages. This event sponsored by SAFE- Southern Alamance Family Empowerment and Congregational Community Nurse Program with Cone Health offers health education, community resources, health Screenings of blood pressure and Glucose checks. Colgate Dental bus will provide free health screenings for children. The Alamance County Health Department will be available to assist with multiple resources. Senior services will also be available by the Alamance Eldercare and DHHS providing education on Medicaid and Medicare services.
