Impact Alamance's Progress & Enhancement Grant Letter of Intent is open from February 19th-March 5th. The Progress and Enhancement grant cycle is a competitive one-time grant opportunity of up to $50,000 designed to address the social determinants of health identified in the 2024 Community Health Assessment for Alamance County. Alamance County 501 (c)(3) non-profits that address one or more of the following social determinants are eligible for the funding, which is to be used for supply and equipment needs only.
