“Resilience” movie screening at the Paramount Dec. 6th–FREE
Resilience chronicles the birth of a new movement among pediatricians, therapists, educators and communities who are using cutting-edge brain science to disrupt cycles of violence, addiction and disease. Hosted by Prevent Child Abuse NC, there will be two showings at the Paramount Theater, 128 E. Front Street, Burlington, NC on Wednesday, December 6th.
The first showing at 4:00 PM will be followed by a brief audience question and answer with Melea Rose-Waters of Prevent Child Abuse NC. The 6:00 PM showing will be followed by a broader panel discussion. All are welcome to attend. Those working with children and youth will find the movie particularly enlightening.
