Community Council Meeting Wednesday, June 7

The next Community Council meeting is Wednesday, June 7 at 12:00 pm in rooms A238 & A230 on the main campus of Alamance Community College.
Please note the change in day and location and plan for the meeting to last until 2:00 pm to serve all four courses!

The cost for lunch is only $10.00.
(payable at the door or online at www.uwalamance.org/donate/).

There is a limit of 94 seats.  Please sign up by noon on Wednesday, May 31 (one week before the meeting).  There can be no “walk-in guests” or “no eats” for this meeting.  Once registration is full, email rpruitt@uwalamance.org to be placed on a waiting list.

(There could be seafood served at this meal.  If you need accommodations for allergies, please email rpruitt@uwalamance.org.)

The program includes recognizing out-going Executive Committee members, voting for officers for the new year and Bylaw revisions, getting updates on what is happening at Alamance Community College by Dr. Algie Gatewood, learning more about Work Ready Communities, and participating in round table discussions as we plan for the upcoming year.  Click here to go to the Community Council updates with the Proposed Bylaw changes and the Nomination slate.

Due to the nature of this meeting, there will not be any announcements at the end of the Community Council meeting.

Directions:
Coming from interstate, turn in the second drive on the right (before the ACC sign).
Go straight back and park in the back parking lot.
Enter Bldg A – on the left when looking from the parking lot.
Room A238 & A239 will be upstairs on the left.

A parking pass will be emailed to you before the meeting.
